Fangirls Going Rogue was one of the first podcasts to really get behind Looking for Leia, a documentary meant to shine a spotlight on women in Star Wars. Director Annalise Ophelian has uncovered so much material, she has progressed the project to a series. Using Seed&Spark she is searching for a home for the series. The good news is that Looking for Leia has hit its goal of $25,000 to trigger funding. This is just a goal and any crowdfunded project would love to push beyond that. Right now, followers are just as key in showing potential homes for the series that it can generate interest, and that’s where they really need our help.
